DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, we currently are only an online retailer.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover.
We also accept Pay Pal
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED YET?
please check with the tracking number we have provided for you to see if your package has had any delays or was possibly delivered but missed.
If that is the case please contact your local post office to see if they are holding the package. if you are still having trouble with your package Pease email email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you in you in tracking your packages.
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
During check out there will be a provided box to enter said promotional code. If you do not see the correct box please email us before you place an order. We can not HONOR a discount code once you have placed an item and it has been processed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'VE FORGOTTEN TO USE MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Unfortunately, we can not honor discount codes after your item has been processed. Please make sure before you place your order your code has been entered into the correct discount box. If you do not see the discount box or are having difficulties with your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR AM MISSING ITEMS?
In the case that you receive a wrong item or are missing some items. Please email email@example.com with your order number and the items you are missing or received by mistake.
We will then send you a prepaid return label to send back the items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow at least 3-4 days for us to process and ship your order
Shipping is sometimes out of our hands with holidays and other things that may delay shipping so, please be mindful of such events that may occur to prevent the fastest shipping.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an emailed receipt and on this email, a tracking number will be provided for you. if you do not see a tracking number please email us at email@example.com please provide the name you ordered under and the order number.
